Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of spa treatment rooms, changing rooms, lockers, and public areas

Prepare treatment rooms by setting up towels, linens, oils, and equipment as required

Greet and assist spa guests in a courteous and professional manner

Ensure spa equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in working order

Assist therapists with treatments as required

Maintain cleanliness of spa common areas, steam rooms, saunas, and relaxation areas

Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently

Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or incidents to the supervisor
